Terms of service

Agreement. By accessing or buying from Early Doors, you agree to these terms.

Products. Items are made to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed product; due to fabric properties, white may print slightly off-white. Sizing is per the guide on each product page.

Orders and pricing. All prices are in CAD unless stated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock issue) and to limit quantities. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.

Payment. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Intellectual property. The Early Doors name, logo, designs, graphics, and content are our property and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Early Doors is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
